Aviation Dream Works' innovative Aircraft Management Service (AMS) makes it possible for aircraft owners to use and enjoy their aircraft without taking on the unfamiliar and sometimes complex challenges that can come with an aircraft. We manage your aircraft, so you can manage your business.
We provide the flight crew (and coordinate training), meet all FAA requirements and manufacturer service bulletins, handle all required maintenance, advise you on insurance, new equipment and any other matter of importance to the safe and cost-efficient operation of your aircraft. Just call to schedule your aircraft and it will be ready to go at the appointed time.
ADW will maintain the highest standards for your aircraft while minimizing problems and your management responsibilities. At ADW, we can offer you a solution that simplifies your life and costs thousands of dollars less than handling matters on your own.
AMS is tailored to the needs of each aircraft owner. AMS services can be minimal or comprehensive based on your needs. For example, Aviation Dream Works can supplement the activities of your own flight crew or we can provide fully dedicated crew services.

Crew Management
AMS can handle selecting, hiring, training and supervision of flight crews, and tailoring crew backgrounds to the requirements of the operation. Crews can be assigned on a fully dedicated or part-time basis.
Increased Utility
At the owner's option, the aircraft can be used for charter operations when it is not needed by the owner. The flight hours and income generated by charter flights can have a positive impact upon fixed costs of ownership.
Safety
ADW has an unblemished safety record. One of the key members of the ADW team serves on the Board of Directors for the Equipped to Survive foundation which focuses on Aviation Safety. All our pilots are trained to a standard beyond FAA requirements.
Maintenance
ADW will take care of scheduling all maintenance on the aircraft. We will help negotiate service contracts, track maintenance needs, and deal with scheduling issues. Our knowledge and experience will result in reduced down times and reduce costs for your aircraft.
Support Services
AMS clients have full access to Aviation Dream Works' office, parking, storage, maintenance, cleanup and other facilities required to support flight operations in a first-class manner.
Discounts
AMS clients receive preferred customer discounts on products and services available from Aviation Dream Works. You receive fuel discounts at the home location and remote locations.
